This apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house at Via Aragona 9. It is furnished in a modern and refined style and offers many comforts like air conditioning, washing mashine and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The living room is furnished with a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed (1.80 m), Smart TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer microwave, dishwasher, oven and induction cooktop. The roof terrace on the 4th floor is accessible to all guests.

The apartment is suitable for couples or families with 1 child. 

There are no cleanings and /or daily cleanings in the holiday homes. Final cleaning is included.

Breakfast is not included. For €9 per person per day our guests can take advantage of the breakfast service at the restaurant "Incipit" which is less than 20 m away from our house. "Incipit" serves a continental breakfast buffet from 8.00 to 11.00 a.m.
