This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house at Via Aragona 9. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size double bed, desk, wardrobe and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer. The living room is furnished with a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed (1.40 m) and air conditioning. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer and induction cooktop. There is a small patio in front of the living room for your private use. It is furnished with a table, bench and a clothing rack. The roof terrace on the 4th floor is available for all guests.

The apartment is ideal for couples, friends or families with 1-2 children. 

There are no cleanings and /or daily cleanings in the holiday homes. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Breakfast is not included. For €9 per person, per day, our guests can take advantage of the breakfast service at the restaurant "Incipit" which is less than 20 m away from our house. "Incipit" serves a continental breakfast buffet from 8.00 to 11.00 a.m.
